Pastimes....

Our new pastimes... Golf and Riding!

I never thought that I would see the day that I actually like golf but Bowe and I went and played it while down in St. George and I fell in love with it! (it helps that I'm actually pretty good at it) 

When Bowe said to me, "let's buy a motorcycle", I was a little skeptical... To me there are so many other things that I wanted to buy or save up for than a motorcycle, but of course I gave in.  It has been the best purchase yet.  We love going out and riding around the neighborhoods or taking it up the canyon.  It is really relaxing and it is a great way to end a very stressful day!

40 hour weeks....(sigh) at least my office is cute :)

The Subway, the hardest hike I have ever done but the most magnificent one!

Our great friends Russell and Emily came with us on an adventure to Zion National Park.  Bowe has been wanting to do this hike since we got married and we finally decided to make it happen.  Bowe told me a lot about the hike and what it would take to get through it.  I am glad that I did not watch any you tube videos on it because I think I would have chickened out! Once I was doing it there was no way back so I kept moving forward.  It ended up being totally worth it and I will for sure do it again...... someday

Graduation 2012

Graduation! Class of 2012!

This May, I graduated with my Bachelors of Social Work degree.  I am so excited to be doing work out in the community that makes a difference in someones life everyday.  I gained this passion from my mother, Lynette, who taught me to believe in my dreams but most important to believe in myself.  Without her encouragement and support I would not be the person that I am today. I share my successes with you mom!

Happy Easter!

This year for Easter we went camping in Oak City.  It was a lot of fun! We decorated eggs, went 4 wheeling, and played in the sand dunes.  We all got burned as well... That was not so much fun and we are still peeling from it to this today!

I have a lot to post......

Well it has been a crazy year for Bowe and I! From school to work to house hunting and the holidays all thrown in there.  We sure are busy!! But we are ready for the new year and what 2012 brings us.
